Gather your information - site measurements, architectural/building plans, finishes specifications and appliance lists. Send it all to us, the more information the better. You can download our Specifications Sheet to complete as well, to give you an idea of the information we need to accurately complete your custom cabinet plans.

Review and accept our quote. All our projects are quoted prior to commencement to ensure both parties are on the same page. Our quotes also detail the service you receive - design, shop drawings, send to machine, which software we’re proposing to use etc.

We turn around most projects within a few business days (depending on the size and scope). Most kitchens we can have back to you within 2 business days, full size house lots take between 1-2 weeks. You’ll receive watermarked plans initially, to confirm that you’re happy with everything before final payment is made and you receive unmarked drawings that you can pass on to your clients.

Once we have an understanding of your vision, you’ll receive a comprehensive quote from us, with a breakdown of services/drawings that you’ll receive from us.

Once formally engaged, we will organise a Design Consultation (either onsite or virtually, depending on the type of project we’re working with and where it’s located). During this consultation, we’ll discuss the cabinetry scope in great detail, including desired layouts, finishes, fixtures, hardware and appliances.

Most projects for private clients take 2-4 weeks to put together, including cabinetry design, finishes and fixtures recommendations as well as appliance suggestions. You’ll receive a comprehensive concept document which includes everything you need to take to your chosen builder or cabinet-maker to accurately quote or manufacture, wherever you are in the process.
